Construction of an outpatient specialist care building for the Provincial Multispecialist Center of Oncology and Traumatology M. Kopernik in Łódź: Design and execution of construction works in a design-build model, including obtaining all necessary decisions, agreements, opinions, permits, and other documents required for the construction and installation works and the subsequent use of the newly built facility in accordance with applicable regulations. All works must be carried out in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), which is Appendix 2 to the tender documents. Funding is provided by the European Funds for Łódź 2021-2027 program, Health Infrastructure Action FELD.06.03-IZ.00-002/24, grant agreement no. FELD.06.03-IZ.00-0066/25-00 dated 13.10.2025, and funds from the budget of the Łódź Voivodeship.
