Construction of an Art High School with Lyceum Classes: The project budget is 8,950,000 Euro, broken down into a lump sum for works of 5,606,000.00 Euro, general expenses and contractor's profit (G.E.+O.E.) of 1,009,080.00 Euro, and unforeseen expenses (9% of works cost and G.E.+O.E.) of 595,357.20 Euro. A price revision of 2,230.73 Euro is foreseen, plus 5,074 Euro retrospectively with G.E.+O.E. The contract is awarded as a single unit for the school complex and is not divided into lots. The consolidated budget includes 5,758,462.95 Euro for building works (incl. 18% G.E. & O.E. and 9% Unforeseen) and 1,451,974.25 Euro for electromechanical works (incl. 18% G.E. & O.E. and 9% Unforeseen).
