Construction of a multi-family residential building with technical infrastructure and landscaping in Olsztyn

Construction of a multi-family residential building with technical infrastructure and landscaping on a 0.4924 ha plot in Olsztyn, Marii Zientary-Malewskiej/Truskawkowej, according to project documentation by PAM Pracownia Architektoniczna Paweł Myśliwiec and building permit No. II – 45/2026 dated 12.02.2026. The scope of services includes site preparation, including tree and shrub removal, site organization, cleaning, provision of utilities (water, sewage, electricity, heating, including technological building drying), waste disposal, geodetic surveying and as-built documentation, preparation of energy performance certificates for all units, operating instructions, and obtaining occupancy permits, as well as all related fees. Cooperation with the municipal heating company for the heat pipeline connection is required. All materials used must have appropriate certificates and approvals, and interior finishing materials require investor approval; further items as per the tender documents.
