Construction of a new gynecological-obstetric complex: Realization of construction works and associated engineering services on the client's premises during its operation. Execution is based on project documentation for the joint permit (Annex 2) and subsequent project documentation for construction execution (Annex 4), under the conditions of the valid joint permit (Annex 3). The contract for work is based on the Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works designed by the Employer (FIDIC RED BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, Czech translation by CACE). Detailed specifications are included in the tender documents.
