Construction of a Road Junction for the DK81/DW944 Intersection in Skoczów

Construction of a road junction at the existing intersection of National Road no. 81 with Voivodeship Road DW944 (ul. Bielska) in Skoczów, including the removal of conflicts with non-road technical infrastructure. The services include road works: expansion of National Road DK81 (GP2x2 class) from km 61+118 to km 62+424; expansion of Voivodeship Road DW944 (G1x2 class) from km 9+270.98 to km 9+472.98; construction of a diamond-type road junction at the intersection of DK81 and DW944, with grade separation along DK81; construction of entry and exit ramps; expansion of municipal road DG 430106S (ul. Potok) class D; expansion of municipal road DG 430056S (ul. Fabryczna) class D; reconstruction of municipal road DG 430074S (ul. Wiślańska) class L; construction of new sections of municipal roads; construction/reconstruction of sidewalks and pedestrian-bicycle paths; construction of a medium-sized roundabout at the junction of DW944 with DK81 ramps; construction of a standard intersection for district road DP 2616S (ul. Stalmacha) class Z with new municipal road no. 2 (section A) class L; construction of a standard intersection for new municipal road no. 2 (section A) class L with new municipal road no. 2 (section B) class D; construction of a channelized intersection for right turns of ramp Ł2 of the junction along DK81 class GP with municipal road no. 430056S (ul. Fabryczna) class D, equipped with deceleration and acceleration lanes; reconstruction (demolition and construction) / construction of property access roads within the investment scope. Construction of technical road equipment: construction of drainage and water discharge systems (surface drainage, road storm sewer system); construction of a street lighting system with power supply; construction of facilities and equipment for road users: turning areas, pedestrian crossings, and bicycle crossings; construction of technical road devices: protective barriers, balustrades; tree and shrub removal as necessary; reconstruction (demolition and construction) / construction of fencing. Bridge works: construction of engineering structures: viaducts WD.1 along DK81 at km 61+777.35 over DW944 – left and right carriageway; bridge WD.2L along the left carriageway and ramp of DK81 at km 62+140.42 over Bładnica River; bridge WD.2P along the right carriageway of National Road no. 81 at km 62+153.74 over Bładnica River; bridge WD.3 along ramp Ł.2 of National Road no. 81 at km 62+170.54 over Bładnica River; underpass PP.1 under DK81 at km 61+899.20; underpass PP.2 under DW944 at km 61+840.50; culvert P.1 in the ditch under DK81 at km 61+533.96; retaining structures KO.1 to KO.6. Demolition of engineering structures conflicting with the investment: bridge(s) for each carriageway separately, along DK81 over Bładnica River with equipment: bridge ID.1.L along the left carriageway, bridge ID.1.P along the right carriageway; bridge ID.2 along DG 430074S (ul. Wiślańska) over Bładnica River with equipment; underpass under DK81 with equipment; existing culvert ID.4 along National Road no. 81 at km 61+528.14. Environmental protection devices: construction of acoustic screens; landscaping within the designed road right-of-way. Technical infrastructure in the road right-of-way not related to the road: protection/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of power grid – low and medium voltage; protection/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of telecommunication network; protection/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of water supply network; protection/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of gas network – low, medium, and high pressure; protection/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of storm sewer network (other than road). The contract will be executed based on FIDIC 2017 (Polish edition 2019, with errata 1 and 2). Concrete bridge works are to be performed personally by the contractor, excluding piling, specialized intermediate foundation techniques, prefabrication of structural elements (concrete, steel, composite), finishing works, and material/service supplies. For these key tasks, the contractor may not rely on third-party resources. Estimated contract value: above 20,000,000.00 EUR.
