Construction of a Mental Health Center for Adults at the Voivodeship Specialist Hospital in Legnica using a design-build approach: preparation of complete project documentation followed by the construction of the center. This includes demolition works (inactive above-ground and underground heat exchangers, coal storage roof), associated works, site development, and necessary technical infrastructure. The project documentation is based on a Functional-Utility Program and a technical expert opinion. The scope of the project documentation covers the demolition of conflicting buildings, the construction of the new center, the reconstruction of technical infrastructure, and site development including fire access roads, building access, and parking spaces. Delivery and installation of furniture and medical equipment are not included. Timeline: project documentation for demolition and execution of demolition up to 5 months from contract signing; project documentation for new construction and building permit up to 6 months from contract signing; construction of the center a minimum of 26 months from contract signing, no later than December 30, 2028; handover of the formally and legally compliant investment suitable for healthcare provision 4 months after construction completion, no later than April 30, 2029. Warranty: 36 months for project documentation, 84 months for construction works and materials, a minimum of 24 months (not shorter than manufacturer's warranty) for supplied devices and systems. A site visit is recommended and must take place no later than 4 days before the offer submission deadline.
