Construction of an Adult Mental Health Center at the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Legnica using a design-build approach: creation of complete project documentation and subsequent construction of the center. This includes demolition works (inactive above-ground and underground heat exchangers, fuel storage roof), associated works, site development, and necessary technical infrastructure. The project documentation is based on a Functional-Utility Program and a technical expertise of the buildings to be demolished. The scope of services is divided into four stages: 1. Demolition documentation and execution of demolition up to 5 months from contract signing. 2. Preparation of design documentation for the new construction and obtaining the building permit up to 6 months from contract signing. 3. Construction of the Adult Mental Health Center and obtaining the occupancy permit, minimum 26 months from contract signing, no later than December 30, 2028. 4. Formal and legal handover of the investment for the provision of health services, 4 months after construction completion, no later than April 30, 2029. Excluded are the supply and installation of furniture and medical equipment. Warranty periods: 36 months for design documentation, 84 months for construction works and materials, minimum 24 months (not shorter than manufacturer's warranty) for supplied devices and systems. A site visit is recommended and can be arranged individually, no later than 4 days before the offer submission deadline.
