Construction, Craft, and Installation Works: Conversion of a previously unused attic in the Perspektiva Business Incubator in the Veliki Otok Business Zone near Postojna into new offices, ancillary, and service rooms within the existing building structure without extensions. Works are based on project documentation PZI No. A-012/20 dated May 2026. Equivalent products are permitted. Completion deadline is 15.12.2027, with work expected to start on 01.02.2027. Daily presence of the site manager is required; contractual penalties apply for delays or absence of the site manager.
