Construction and Craft Works for the New City Park "Zelena oaza"

Construction and craft works for the new city park "Zelena oaza", which covers over 15 ha and is divided into functional zones such as children's playgrounds, cafe, public restrooms, parking, pump track, exercise areas, orchard with picnic zone, water feature, multifunctional central building, square with bridge, amphitheater, open butterfly pavilion, St. Valentine's pavilion, dog park, and graffiti walls: Execution of preparatory and earthworks, including topsoil removal, terrain leveling and modeling, installation of underground utilities (water supply and storm drainage), installation of an irrigation system; complete planting of trees, hedges for the dog park, climbers, lower shrubs in the parking area, and aquatic plants, using native, non-allergenic, and pollinator-friendly species; construction of a 6,250 m² water feature with a fountain as a natural retention basin for rainwater, with a landscaped gravel shore and retaining walls; construction of a butterfly pavilion with installations; construction of pergolas with installations; equipping the park with urban furniture such as concrete benches with ambient lighting, freestanding and hanging birdhouses, freestanding insect hotels, waste bins, drinking fountains, bicycle racks, and a weather station; terrain modeling with a gentle slope towards the lake; horticultural design including planting of over 1,310 trees, 3,500 shrubs and climbers, and 6,300 aquatic plants; sowing approximately 91,000 m² as lawn and flower meadow; tree planting to achieve over 57,000 m² of canopy coverage; use of cleaned fertile soil from excavation for planting; further items as per the tender documents.
