Construction and Craft Works for the New City Park "Zelena oaza"

Construction and craft works for the new city park "Zelena oaza" covering over 15 ha, divided into functional zones including children's playgrounds, cafe, public toilets, parking, pump track, exercise areas, orchard, picnic zone, water feature, multifunctional central building, square with bridge, amphitheater, butterfly pavilion, St. Valentine's pavilion, dog park, and graffiti walls. The works include preparatory and earthworks (humus removal, terrain leveling and modeling, underground installations for water supply and storm drainage, irrigation system), the planting of over 1,310 trees, 3,500 shrubs and climbers, and 6,300 aquatic plants, using native, non-allergenic, and pollinator-friendly species. A 6,250 m² water feature with a fountain serves for storm water detention and biodiversity enhancement, featuring a designed gravel shore and retaining walls. Also included are the construction of a butterfly pavilion and pergolas with associated installations, and the equipping of the park with urban furniture (concrete benches with ambient lighting, freestanding and hanging birdhouses, insect hotels, waste bins, drinking fountains, bicycle racks, weather station). Approximately 91,000 m² will be sown as lawn and flower meadow, and tree planting will achieve over 57,000 m² of canopy coverage. The main project plan includes architectural, landscape, construction, mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, and equipment projects; further items as per the tender documents.
