Construction and Conservation Works for the Warmian Chapter Castle in Olsztyn

Construction and conservation works at the Warmian Chapter Castle in Olsztyn: Landscaping, renovation and construction works, installation of sanitary, electrical, and telecommunication systems within the castle and on the grounds. This includes internal conservation works and archaeological supervision, facade conservation of the north, south, east (Baroque) wings, the annex, the western curtain wall, and the tower, as well as brick and stone walls and vaults in the northern wing's basement rooms (P 2-2, P1-1, P1-2, P1-3, K-I). Furthermore, the contract includes landscaping of the inter-wall areas, renovation and construction works, and the installation of sanitary, electrical, and telecommunication systems related to the renovation, reconstruction, and change of use of the guardhouse and shell tower. Facade conservation of the guardhouse, shell tower, and parcham walls. Extensive demolition and dismantling works for landscaping, within the castle, for sanitary installations, related to facade conservation of the wings, annex, curtain wall, tower, and basement rooms, for the inter-wall areas, and for renovation and construction works of the guardhouse and shell tower, including sanitary installations and facade conservation of the guardhouse, shell tower, parcham walls, and gate. Finally, one year of maintenance works for vegetation after its completion on site (scope not covered by funding).
