Construction and rental of a daycare center in Isolahti Gerby: The facility is designed for 150 children and 8 groups, accommodating 40–45 staff members. The scope includes maintenance and user services for the building over the agreed rental period. The contractor is responsible for the usability and conditions of the building for a planned rental period of approximately 20–30 years. The rental agreement is targeted for signing in early 2027, construction is to begin in spring 2027, furnishing starts in July 2028, and commissioning is scheduled for early August 2028. The contractor will lease the plot from the city. The net usable area is approximately 2,010.5 hym2 (excluding wall structures).
