Construction of Gas Distribution Pipelines (Main and Branch Lines)

Construction and planning of gas distribution pipelines (main and branch lines) made of PE or steel in various diameters, materials, and pressure ratings, including pressure regulating stations and corrosion protection systems. Services include the construction of pipelines with welded joints, substructure and superstructure works, technical inspections, and geodesic surveys. For the subsequent construction of branch lines from existing gas distribution pipelines, substructure, superstructure, technical inspections, and geodesic surveys are also included, with planning or based on provided plans. The contracting authority may also order the connection and gas commissioning of completed branch distribution lines. Additional substructure works for existing or new distribution lines include pavement breaking, earthworks, finishing works, and temporary ancillary facilities. The works to be performed include pavement breaking, substructure and earthworks (drilling, pressing, pipe bursting), pavement restoration, work area demarcation, traffic management, vegetation protection and clearing. Superstructure works comprise PE pipes and fittings, PE welding and pipe cleaning works, steel pipes, fittings and insulation, steel welding, dismantling and pipe cleaning works, shut-off valves, other fittings and valve boxes, route marking, protective pipes, smell pipes, and spacers. Also included are substructure works for the installation of gas pressure regulators, active corrosion protection measures, and other pipeline construction items. Planning services cover gas distribution pipelines and accessories, pressure regulating stations, corrosion protection, traffic management, supplementary items for distribution pipeline planning, specialist planning, updating and re-planning of execution plans, as well as legal and usage rights and expert services for gas distribution pipeline planning and the planning of new branch distribution pipeline planning. The works are to be carried out in the service areas of the Northern Gas Plant (Győr, Tatabánya, Szombathely, Sopron). The framework agreement has a net value of 810,000,000 HUF. The estimated quantity of construction works is 14,000 linear meters, and the estimated volume of planning tasks is 10% of the framework amount. The expected size of individual construction contracts is 10,000 linear meters. The contracting authority commits to calling off 70% of the total framework amount.
