Construction of Residential Buildings in Århusjordet Residential Area, Area 2

Construction of four residential buildings (housing type 02 and detached house) in the Århusjordet residential area, Area 2, in Fyresdal. The overall project includes 26 residential units, a garage building (carport), and outdoor areas with parking and green spaces. Buildings will be constructed with a wooden supporting system; an option price for standard railings with an equivalent function must be provided. Development (roads, plots, water, sewage, electricity) up to the site border is covered by previous contracts. The contract will be executed as a turnkey contract according to NS 8407. Construction start is as soon as possible after contracting, completion by 30.09.2028 at the latest.
