Construction of two multi-family residential buildings (No. 2A and 2B) TBS with infrastructure and landscaping in Jelenia Góra

Execution of executive designs for objects and external technical infrastructure; turnkey construction of two multi-family residential buildings (No. 2A and 2B) according to TBS standards; installation of internal sanitary, electrical, and telecommunication systems; installation of external sanitary networks, electrical and telecommunication systems; landscaping including a public access road, fire tank with infrastructure, roads, sidewalks, parking spaces, small architectural elements, and a playground; construction of underground technical infrastructure, including reconstruction of a storm sewer collector (separate procedure), water supply network, sanitary sewage system with external installations and a sewage pumping station if necessary, external storm sewer installation, hydrant installation for external fire fighting, external electrical installations for buildings and fire protection equipment, telecommunication ducting, and lighting installation; reconstruction of the lower heat source installation with connection to the two planned multi-family residential buildings. This service is part of a larger investment that also includes the reconstruction of a non-residential building into a multi-family building (Stage I) and the construction of another multi-family building (No. 3) (Stage III). The location is ul. Elewów, 58-500 Jelenia Góra, on plots 1/10, 1/48, 1/67, 1/69, 1/41. The contractor must obtain the occupancy permit.
