Construction of two multi-family residential buildings and an above-ground parking garage with site development and infrastructure

General construction services for two multi-family residential buildings and an above-ground parking garage in Świnoujście: Demolition of existing buildings (K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6), removal of site paving (approx. 2,000 m² concrete surface), a steel fence (approx. 350 linear meters on concrete foundation), and dismantling of existing underground technical infrastructure (gas, sanitary, rainwater, district heating, water supply, lighting systems, parts of the power grid). The existing transformer station in building K2 will be removed; the contractor must facilitate ENEA's work for connecting a new transformer station and protect new power grids. Subsequently, new construction of two multi-family residential buildings (A and B), an above-ground parking garage, site development, and construction of facilities, along with the associated investment, will take place at ul. Okólna 15 in Świnoujście on plots no. 61/3, 61/5, 46/6, 61/6, 46/7, 63/14, 46/8, 132/1, district 0014 Warszów. This includes obtaining the occupancy permit, including a post-construction surface inventory of residential units and common areas, and energy performance certificates for the new residential units. An access road will be built as part of the overall investment.
