Construction of two terraced houses and two two-story apartment buildings

Construction of two two-story apartment buildings (buildings B and C), two terraced houses (buildings A and D), and one service building (building E) at Lehtirinteentie 1, 05440 Hyvinkää, on plot 1 in block 2719 of the Metsäkalteva district 28. The project includes 29+2(LE) parking spaces and a new Molok deep collection waste system. The two-story buildings are constructed with precast concrete elements, using hollow core slabs for the ground, intermediate, and top floors; the one-story buildings are timber frame element constructions with hollow core slabs for the ground floor. Fire class is P3 for terraced houses and the service building, and P2 for the apartment buildings. The indoor climate is to be designed according to class S2, with surface materials of emission class M1. Buildings must be weather-protected during facade and roof work as part of moisture management, including weather protection covers. A building permit will be applied for; a geotechnical survey provided by the client is attached to the tender documents.
