Construction works for the completion of external installations and landscaping at Building A of SPWSZ in Szczecin, Arkońska 4, plot no. 3/38: Completion of external water supply, sanitary and storm sewage networks, electrical and telecommunication installations; landscaping with an exit road and sidewalks; construction and connection of a retention tank ZR-1B; construction of a sewage pumping station near Building A; restoration of green areas; completion of renovation and insulation of the basement walls of the east and south facades, including window joinery and light wells; renovation and restoration of roads and sidewalks; warranty service for the sewage pumping station; obtaining an occupancy permit or submitting a construction completion notification. Optional additional orders are possible for 3 years, up to a net value of 850,003.44 PLN, for general construction, sanitary, electrical, fire protection, road, and landscaping works.
