Construction works for the Center for Art, Technology and Experiment „Multiplexity – Phase II – C3-C5“: Comprehensive rehabilitation, consolidation, and functional conversion of buildings C3, C4, and C5, along with exterior landscaping of the entire site. The objective is to transform the complex into an open, contemporary, and multifunctional cultural-technological center. Works include dismantling, demolition, stripping; consolidation and structural interventions; functional reconversion of interior spaces; architectural works and high-quality finishes; HVAC, electrical, sanitary, low-current, and fire protection installations. Also included are exterior landscaping (pedestrian paths, platforms, green spaces, plantings, areas for public activities), installation of special equipment and technical elements, technological tests, testing, commissioning, site organization, and environmental and safety measures. The submission of final documentation, including the Building Technical Book, is also part of the contract. Execution must comply strictly with the approved technical project, execution details, building permit, specifications, and current technical legislation regarding construction quality, installations, fire safety, energy efficiency, and occupational health and safety. The estimated execution duration is 24 months.
