Construction work for the dining pavilion of ZŠ Sever, Hradec Králové

Construction work on the dining and after-school care building of Základní škola Sever: Renovation work in the basement and 1st floor, related to dining operations. In the basement, the work includes a modified room layout and functional use, new sanitary facilities for staff, a day room, and new cooling and freezing rooms in place of the original ones. A new elevator for raw material transport between the basement and 1st floor will be installed. On the 1st floor, cooking areas, serving areas, and dishwashing areas will be redesigned due to a new arrangement for meal preparation and serving, and new dishwashing technology. This includes static reinforcement of the ceiling structure under the cooking area. In the dining hall, modifications will be made in connection with a new ventilation system and measures to improve room acoustics. Also included are new distributions for building technical systems in the basement, necessitated by the new kitchen technology layout and the condition of existing systems. The contract also includes warranty services.
