Construction Works for the Reconstruction and Extension of the School Sports Hall in Vrsar

Construction works for the reconstruction and extension of the school sports hall at Osnovna škola Vladimira Nazora in Vrsar: complete demolition of the existing sports hall building, gas station, northern building canopy, warm connection, and portico between the northern and southern school buildings; new construction of a hall with a new warm connection to the school building. The scope includes architectural, structural, water and sewage, electrical, fire alarm, HVAC, elevator, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and demolition projects, as well as fire protection and occupational safety studies. A building permit dated 06.11.2024 is available. The main project plan and building permit will be amended to exclude the reconstruction and extension of the school building itself from the project.
