Construction works for the rehabilitation of the protection system of the semi-underground shooting range in barracks 1027 Cluj Napoca: consolidation of bullet traps, rehabilitation of the semi-underground shooting range, construction of sanitary facilities and annexes, fencing, installation of a septic tank with pumpable basin, rehabilitation of electrical installations for the semi-underground shooting range, establishment of external networks, reconstruction of the access road, and construction of a gazebo; acquisition of all necessary materials, equipment, and machinery; site preparation; temporary works; transport; all required testing; consumables; normal and extraordinary maintenance until handover; site cleaning; dismantling and removal of temporary works; preparation of necessary documentation, including general schedules, quality plan, quality control plan, material certifications and test results; documentation for the technical building book and operating instructions. A 3-year warranty for the execution of works is included.
