Construction work for buildings H1 and H2 at Olomouc University Hospital: Comprehensive reconstruction and the construction of two new extensions to the existing buildings H1 and H2. Building H1 (six-story) includes modifications on all above-ground floors, a partial superstructure on the existing roof, an increase in bed capacity, and an improvement of healthcare standards for the bed units of the Oncology Clinic and the Clinic for Pulmonary Diseases and Tuberculosis (KPNT). Building H2 (five-story) involves the expansion of existing radiation therapy and CT simulator with magnetic resonance operations on the 1st floor for the Oncology Clinic, the establishment of a new bed unit for complex supportive care on the 2nd floor (also for the Oncology Clinic), and a new intensive care unit (ICU) for the Pulmonary Clinic on the 3rd floor. Existing radiation therapy and brachytherapy/bronchology operations will be maintained as much as possible during construction. In the existing part of building H2, new changing rooms will be located on the 2nd floor, an X-ray examination room on the 3rd floor, outpatient clinics and a day hospital for KPNT on the 4th floor, and medical physics workplaces (LFRO), a pain clinic, and a KARIM day hospital on the 5th floor.
