Construction works for properties of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski": Conclusion of a framework agreement with up to 3 contractors for construction and installation works, the scope of which depends on the needs. The works include the Rectorate building (5 floors, built-up area 8,047 m², GFA 46,158 m², basement 7,693 m², 1st to 5th floor each 7,693 m²), the University Library (2 floors, built-up area 1,288 m², GFA 3,682 m², basement 1,219 m², 1st floor 1,244 m², 2nd floor 1,219 m²) and the Faculty of Biology (underground floor, 4 above-ground floors and attic, GFA 27,472 m², underground floor 5,495 m², 1st to 4th floor each 5,495 m², attic 326 m²). All three buildings are cultural monuments of national importance. Overall repair, reconstruction, and restoration are planned, starting with roof repairs and further measures in phases. The construction and installation works mainly include major and/or current repairs, energy-efficient renovation, conservation and restoration of immovable cultural heritage objects, demolition of buildings, landscaping of courtyards, and repair of underground infrastructure, further items as per the tender documents.
