Construction works for new Central Reception Pavilion of Stodská Nemocnice

Construction of a new two-story pavilion for the Central Reception of the regional Stodská Nemocnice: The basement houses the Plzeňský kraj Emergency Medical Service base and hospital technical facilities; the HVAC and air conditioning machine room is located on the roof in a recessed second floor. The new pavilion connects to the existing hospital entrance, founded on large-diameter piles, with a reinforced concrete skeleton primarily composed of columns with flat capitals, supplemented by stiffening wall elements and an elevator and stairwell tower. Vertical load-bearing structures and the building envelope will also be made of reinforced concrete. The facade is designed with thermal insulation and noble mineral plaster, the entire system in ETICS quality. The roof will consist of layers on a load-bearing reinforced concrete slab, comprising a vapor barrier, thermal insulation layer, and waterproofing roof foil. Interior layouts will primarily feature prefabricated plasterboard partitions. All areas will be equipped with suspended ceilings. Windows in the new section will be made of aluminum profiles with triple glazing, fitted with interior blinds.
