Construction works for an elevated multi-story parking garage (P+2E) with 795 parking spaces at Henri Coanda International Airport: The parking garage includes technical rooms, a guard room, and sanitary facilities on the ground floor. Existing buildings C1-C7 with a total built area of 535.00 m² and the road/pedestrian access system to the Tarom Training Center will be preserved. The structure will span 4 usable levels (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, and walkable terrace). Execution may be requested 24/7, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. The contractor must erect site fencing before starting work, provide parapets and signal lights around open routes and excavations, and build temporary bridges. Waste generated must be collected under supervision and temporarily transported to site collection points. Site lighting must be ensured; improvised connections or lighting are not permitted. Contract duration: 62 months, including 24 months for execution of works from the start order, 2 months for the acceptance procedure, and a warranty period of a minimum of 36 months from final acceptance.
