Construction works for thermal modernization and reconstruction of a school building for the Municipal Police

Construction works: Thermal modernization and reconstruction of the former school building at ul. Wiślanej 27 for the Municipal Police; includes room reconstruction, finishing works, replacement of windows and doors, expansion of internal and external installations (electrical, telecommunication, water-sewage, central heating, district heating, ventilation, air conditioning, rainwater, fire protection, hydrants), and external road works. Similar orders under Art. 214 sec. 1 pt. 7 uPzp are foreseen, which may include an increased scope of works. An optional site visit will take place on 10.07.2026 at 11:00 AM. The project is co-financed by an investment loan from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (Investment B3.4.1 "Investments for the green transformation of cities"). Accessibility requirements for disabled persons and design for all users according to Art. 100 sec. 1 uPzp are considered. A performance bond is required.
