Construction works with the supply and installation of materials, devices, and equipment for the 'NASK Cybersecurity Center' investment. The detailed scope of services is described in confidential documents (Annex 1 to SWZ), which are made available upon written request and signing of a confidentiality agreement no later than 10 days before the offer submission deadline. Excluded are ICT products, services, and processes classified as high-risk or having a negative impact on state security, as well as supplies from certain countries according to the EU customs code. Completion of all works and notification of readiness for final acceptance must occur within 97 weeks from contract signing.
