Construction works with delivery and installation of materials, devices, and equipment for the NASK Cybersecurity Center: Execution must exclude ICT products, services, or processes identified as security-critical or originating from high-risk suppliers. Supplies from certain countries are not permitted, with the country of origin determined according to Article 60 of EU Customs Code Regulation No. 952/2013. Completion of all works and notification of readiness for acceptance within 97 weeks from contract signing. Project documentation and specifications are confidential and will be provided upon request; a request must be submitted electronically no later than 10 days before the offer submission deadline. Sharing with third parties or subcontractors requires prior written consent from the contracting authority.
