Services include construction final/completion cleaning and construction fine/initial cleaning of all room and functional areas, including office, administrative, common, sanitary, technical, storage, and hospital functional rooms, corridors, stairwells, elevators, entrance areas, PVC, tile, concrete, and epoxy resin floors, wall tiles, wall protection coverings, interior and exterior glazing (facade, window, door, and skylight glazing), aluminum, glass, and wood doors, roof areas (attics, drains, technical installations), and adjacent outdoor areas. Also included are the collection and disposal of protective covers and the disposal of accumulated dirt. Special requirements for cleanliness and dust-free conditions apply to hospital and care areas, intensive care units, administrative rooms, cafeteria, and technical functional rooms.
