Site clearance for KV terminal in Riesa port

Site clearance and building demolition for the construction of a new KV terminal in the southern harbor area of Riesa port: demolition of three buildings (locomotive shed/workshop 4,100 m³, shed C 5,500 m³, transformer station 230 m³), partial demolition of Hall A/cold storage hall 1 (800 m²) including site setup, partial demolitions and removal of surface paving and recycling (including unreinforced 22 cm thick concrete slab 937.2 m² west of warehouse 1, unreinforced 25 cm thick concrete slab at site S1 Recycling), removal of concrete walls and masonry fences, removal of roads and sidewalks (including approx. 1,500 m² of 4 cm asphalt concrete pavement), track removal at the terminal (approx. 890 m of tracks), other demolitions (e.g., crane rails, paving, concrete sleepers, shafts, boulders), clearing and grubbing (e.g., tree felling, shrub and rootstock removal), removal and disposal of stockpiles, and civil engineering services for archaeology; further items as per the tender documents.
