Mechanical Sludge Thickening for Berne Wastewater Treatment Plant

The tender comprises the new construction of a mechanical sludge thickening plant at the Berne wastewater treatment plant. The measure includes the dismantling of the existing sludge thickening plant (type EP 10) as well as the delivery and installation of a new belt thickener (Sülzle Klein solidXdrain 1-5), a polymer preparation plant (solidXfloc S 500 L 1-1), eccentric screw pumps and stainless steel pipelines (DN 80 to DN 150). In addition, stainless steel work platforms (material 1.4301) and ventilation systems are to be installed. The main trade is in the field of mechanical and plant engineering for pipelines and apparatus construction for wastewater treatment plants.

Wastewater Channel Renovation for Lönsweg in Wangerland

Renovation of the wastewater sewer in Lönsweg in Hohenkirchen-Wangerland. The construction project is divided into two lots: Lot 1 comprises civil engineering and sewer construction work using open-cut methods, while Lot 2 concerns trenchless renovation using burstlining. The main works include the renewal of manholes (DN 1000, PP) and connection pipes (DN 150, PP) as well as the burstlining of the main sewer with an enlargement to DN 315. The sewer construction and civil engineering work dominates the project.
