Main construction works for renovation and refurbishment in the upper 4 floors of the seven-story, basemented building of Freie Universität Berlin, Malteserstraße 74-100 (House L) in 12247 Berlin: construction of 150 m² protective wall, 50 m² masonry (KS), 20 m steel beams as opening lintels; breaking out of 80 units of wall openings, closing of 60 units of old wall openings; 350 units of core drillings in walls, ceilings, and beams in various diameters; construction of 15 m² new intermediate ceiling (reinforced concrete solid slabs with topping concrete), closing of 50 units of old ceiling openings; cleaning of 3,200 m² concrete beams and columns, removal of small iron parts, closing of boreholes; installation of 60 m steel beams HEB 140 as shoring under ceilings, including F90 fire protection cladding; 4,000 m² new interior plaster.
