Consulting services for the Strategic Regional Development Program (RegioStrat) "Zusammen/Wachsen im Torgauer Elbe-Heide-Land": Concretization, prioritization, testing, and implementation preparation of intermunicipal approaches in the fields of economy and public services for an association of nine municipalities in the Nordsachsen district. The project is funded under the federal program "RegioStrat"; the funding period ends in October 2028. The goal is the development of applicable instruments and measures, the establishment of cooperation structures, the further development of existing networks, and the preparation of follow-up projects and funding approaches. Services are based on the requirements of the funding decision of January 19, 2026, and the supplements to the funding application. Administrative lead is held by the city of Belgern-Schildau.
