The award is for a 2-year framework agreement, divided into lots by districts or postcodes. This tender covers the Viersen districts (postcodes 41747 and 41748). STLB-BauZ prices are subject to bidding up or down. Proof is required for at least two employees with expertise according to TRGS 519 (asbestos), qualification according to TRGS 524 or DGUV 101-004 Appendix 6B (contaminated areas), and specialist knowledge according to TRGS 521 (artificial mineral fibers). A reaction time of two hours must be maintained for urgent work.
