Construction works, site organization, and equipment for the modernization and rehabilitation of the „Ștefan cel Mare“ National Pedagogical College Bacău: The services comprise two main components. First, the execution of related works and fittings, including consolidation and conformity works for structural stability and increased seismic safety (RS IV for building C1, RS III for building C8) with interventions on infrastructure and superstructure; fire safety interventions and compliance with norms, such as conforming vertical and horizontal escape routes, protection of openings, separation of circulations, installation of fire protection equipment (detection, signaling, warning, internal/external hydrants, security lighting, lightning protection), and compensatory measures for non-conforming distances to neighboring properties; restoration and conservation of architectural-historical elements, including the conservation and restoration of original building components, restoration of decorative facade elements, return of the pediment to its historical form, and restoration of interior joinery and wooden elements considering existing, reconditionable parts; interventions on interior elements such as the modernization of sanitary facilities, reopening of blocked openings, and ensuring accessibility for people with disabilities; exterior refurbishment with vertical systematization, guard sidewalks, and removal of parasitic elements; conformity works for installations necessary for the functionality of the investment object; and the installation of a tracked elevator for accessibility. Second, the execution of works to increase energy efficiency, including the thermal rehabilitation of the building envelope through thermal insulation of facade, exterior walls, floors, and roofs with materials compatible with historical monument status, replacement of exterior joinery with energy-efficient elements while maintaining the original architectural appearance, and refurbishment of exterior and interior finishes; replacement of thermal agent production and use installations for heating and domestic hot water with renewable sources, including the installation of a modern heating system with heat pumps and high-efficiency heat exchangers, connection to an efficient thermal distribution system, and modernization of domestic hot water supply systems; modernization of ventilation and air conditioning systems, including the implementation of a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery and ensuring indoor air quality; installation of alternative electricity and/or thermal energy production systems for own consumption, including the mounting of an on-grid photovoltaic system of 47 kW, connected to the main electrical panels; and equipping with intelligent lighting systems, including the replacement of lighting fixtures with energy-efficient LED systems and the integration of motion and natural light sensors.
