Construction services for the expansion and operation of the Würselen fermentation plant: site setup, preparatory measures, partial demolition work, earthworks, installation of supply and disposal lines and a rainwater retention basin, electrical work, steel and concrete work, lightning protection, and superstructure. The expansion of the Würselen fermentation plant includes plug-flow fermentation with intensive rotting at the site Am Weiweg 40 in 52146 Würselen. The existing composting plant from 1995 will be demolished, and the existing dry fermentation plant including intensive rotting tunnels will be converted. Three closed halls, a fermenter, a gas utilization plant, an operating building, and a workshop will be constructed. Additionally, a covered compost storage facility with a ventilation system for post-rotting will be built. The site will be developed to the north and south. Approximately 30,000 t of organic waste are currently processed annually at the site, with up to approximately 70,000 t of organic waste available annually in the association area.
