Construction management, construction supervision, general supervision, and safety coordination for Kuopion Opiskelija-asunnot Oy: Provision of additional resources, as the client also performs these tasks internally. Services are ordered on demand, with no commitment to order quantities. A framework agreement will be established with three (3) suppliers. The contract is expected to start in autumn 2026 and runs for a fixed term until September 30, 2028, with an option for two (2) extensions of one (1) year each. The estimated and maximum value of the framework agreement is 160,000 Euros, including the main contract term and option periods. The framework agreement terminates if the estimated or maximum value is reached before the end of the fixed term or any activated option periods.
