Building and civil engineering works for an administration building, a police training center with an indoor shooting range, and a garage building: Earthworks including excavation (16,770 m³), backfilling, and landscaping; civil engineering works including supply and disposal lines, storm drains, shaft work for cable laying, and cable pulling systems; building construction works comprise foundations, reinforced concrete works (reinforced concrete foundations: approx. 565 m³, reinforced concrete floor slab: approx. 1,297 m², reinforced concrete walls: approx. 2,700 m³, reinforced concrete ceiling: approx. 10,054 m²), locksmith and steel construction works, basement wall waterproofing, preliminary roof waterproofing, and scaffolding. Required certifications include an EC certificate for factory production control (execution class EXC 2 according to DIN EN 1090-2:2018-09) and proof of qualification for stud welding according to DIN EN ISO 14555. Access regulations with security checks by PP-Ofr must be observed.
