Building works for the radon remediation of Bad Elster Primary School: demolition and disposal of 240 m² drywall ceilings, demolition of 350 m² existing flooring (floor covering, screed, insulation, and vapor barrier), demolition of 11 m³ reinforced concrete ceilings in the collector passage, supply and installation of 82.5 m² filigree slabs (approx. 43 cm width, approx. 1.45 m length), and installation of a radon-proof floor sealing on 350 m². Planning services are not required. Alternative bids and submission of multiple main bids are not permitted. Execution period: start 12.10.2026, end 11.12.2026. Payment terms according to VOB/B § 16.
