Tree planting and landscaping works at Jupiterplatz in 04205 Leipzig: Removal of 60 m² natural stone mosaic and small paving, 20.6 m step stones, and 2 pieces of stainless steel components in the path surfacing; supply and installation of 20 m granite kerbstones; installation of 26 m² natural stone mosaic and small paving and 19 m single-row concrete paving strip; reinstallation of 2 pieces of stainless steel ground elements; 43.7 m³ planting pit excavation; installation of 46.2 m³ substrate for planting pit construction type II; supply and planting of 7 avenue trees and 40 m² perennial ready-mix (8 pieces/m² each); completion care until autumn 2027; development care until autumn 2029. Execution period from 09.11.2026 to 26.02.2027. Alternative bids are not permitted, multiple main bids are allowed. The award criterion is the lowest price. Financing conditions according to VOB/B. Bidding consortia are jointly and severally liable. Bids must be submitted in GAEB X84 XML format; further items as per the tender documents.
