Construction Site Management and Supervision for 6-Lane Expansion of A1 between Münster and Osnabrück, Construction Lots 2 and 3

Construction site management (BOL) and construction supervision (BÜ) (Lph.8) as well as safety and health coordination (SiGeKo) according to the construction site ordinance: for the replacement new construction of 6 overpass structures in the area of the A 1 federal motorway as part of the 6-lane expansion of the BAB 1 from the Münster/Nord junction to the Lotte/Osnabrück motorway interchange over a length of approx. 40.7 km. The services include service phase 9 according to HOAI, the technical supervision, coordination, and scheduling of the construction services of the individual lots, the overarching control and monitoring of the construction execution, and the review of planning tasks (e.g., Lph.3 engineering structures, RAB-ING) by the construction contractor. Total contract duration 51 months. A construction office, approx. 15 to 30 minutes by car from the construction sites, can be used.
