Site preparation for the Frida-Levy-Gesamtschule: creation of site logistics areas with gravel surfaces (approx. 2,100 m²), load-bearing capacity testing of an existing construction road (approx. 240 m²), establishment of an overarching site setup also for subsequent trades, asphalt demolition on the schoolyard (approx. 200 m³), excavation of a construction pit for the foundation (approx. 1,070 m³), foundation cushion of gravel/crushed stone (approx. 750 m³), shell construction for a load-bearing base plate with circumferential frost apron made of reinforced concrete (approx. 332 m³), excavation and laying of basic pipelines (approx. 250 m), drainage works including connection to an existing shaft, sewer laying for sanitary, storm, and combined water (approx. 130 m) and approx. 18 shafts, disposal of excavated soil and demolition materials (approx. 5,000 t), plus further works for site clearance, earthworks, and construction logistics.
