Site preparation and soil remediation: site setup, construction-accompanying clearance of unexploded ordnance in the construction area and UXO measurement, vibration monitoring for deep demolition, dismantling, and earthworks; demolition and disposal of approx. 750 m² Stelcon plates, approx. 1,750 m² concrete block paving, approx. 6,250 m² concrete slabs, and approx. 500 m² asphalt; excavation and disposal of approx. 12,500 m³ backfill (slag, construction debris, soil, etc.) and approx. 3,500 m³ silt soil excavation (BM-0*); demolition and disposal of approx. 1,800 m³ old structures (foundations and other installations made of concrete, reinforced concrete, brick masonry, etc.); dismantling and backfilling of approx. 60 m³ vertical wells with horizontal adits; soil placement as backfill material from BM0 of approx. 12,500 m³; disposal of construction debris/concrete – reinforced concrete RC1 (approx. 3,000 t), RC2 (approx. 2,000 t), RC3 (approx. 1,000 t), DK0 (approx. 500 t); disposal of construction debris/brick masonry RC1 (approx. 1,000 t); disposal of silt BM-F0* (approx. 6,500 t); disposal of backfill (construction debris, slag, ash) BM-F3 (approx. 5,000 t), DK0 (approx. 5,000 t), DK1 (approx. 7,000 t); disposal of backfill (visually asbestos-cement fragments) DK1 (approx. 100 t); additional disposal of backfill (construction debris, slag, ash) DK2 (approx. 5,000 t), DK3 (approx. 500 t); disposal of bituminous asphalt (approx. 130 t) and tar-containing asphalt (approx. 50 t).
