Construction Expert and Technical Construction Controlling for the Renovation of Stadthalle Braunschweig

Review of construction services and expert consulting for the renovation of the listed Stadthalle Braunschweig: The project includes approximately 85 separately commissioned trades (cost group 300 approx. 56 trades, cost group 400 approx. 25 trades). Attributable costs: cost group 300 approx. €40 million (net), cost group 400 approx. €40 million (net). The task from 10/2026 involves the technical and qualitative review, documentation, and objection of the construction execution of trades in cost groups 300 and 400 according to DIN 276 on site, as well as advising the client on execution qualities. The contractor acts exclusively as an expert consultant, not as construction management. Short-notice presence on site within 24 hours of request is required. A site visit is possible on August 24 and 26, 2026, by appointment.
