Site setup, construction logistics, scaffolding, and construction cleaning: Installation and removal of construction fence and provision (approx. 428 m), preliminary demolition of fences and bollard lights of small scope, container placement for site setup (office, sanitary containers, mobile toilets), laying of utility media including construction power distributors. Security measures include room-wide and room-high OSB partition walls (approx. 4,897 m²) and floor protection (approx. 1,722 m²). Tree protection measures include trunk protection (7 units), protective fence (250 m), and load distribution plates with wood chip sub-base (approx. 400 m²). A 2-story container setup as a replacement measure from various elements and usage variants, including furniture, is planned. Construction logistics include security guard duties (approx. 942 days) with guard-oriented and vehicle-oriented deployments, construction site passes and key management, and a video surveillance system. Scaffolding work includes working and protective scaffolding (7,560 m²), stair towers, construction hoists, and interior scaffolding. Traffic safety measures for blocking pedestrian and road areas, including all measures and signage, are required. Construction cleaning includes final cleaning indoors (1,720 m²), outdoor areas (15,300 m²), and window cleaning (5,000 m²).
