Site setup for the electrical control center and the herbarium, including construction water connection: For the electrical control center, this includes setting up a construction site access with 40 sqm protective asphalt and protection for 2 gate pillars, removal of 2 existing gates, setting up, maintaining, and clearing a 3 x 5m construction sign, dismantling and storing fixtures (signposts), snow removal and gritting service for 300 sqm, street cleaning for sidewalk areas, trunk protection for street trees, evidence preservation of public access, traffic law permit, and setting up and maintaining traffic signs. Protective measures for existing components include dismantling and storing railings, protecting an 8m long sandstone cover, a 10m trench bridge as access including wooden substructure, and a 3m long protective tunnel in the basement of the administration building. A temporary site area is to be set up with an 800 sqm gravel construction road (D 20cm), 1 sanitary container, 1 office container, and a 60 sqm room container facility as temporary changing room replacement, then dismantled. Provisional access is created by removing 35 sqm of topsoil and constructing a gravel path (0/22). Additionally, 260m of construction fence are to be erected, maintained for up to 20 months, and dismantled. For the herbarium, the construction site setup includes access with 90 sqm protective asphalt and protection for 4 gate pillars, removal of an existing gate, snow removal and gritting service for 300 sqm, street cleaning for sidewalk areas, trunk protection for 4 street trees, dismantling and storing 2 signposts and 3 barrier bollards. 315m of construction fence with protective netting are to be erected, maintained for up to 20 months, and dismantled. A 3m long protective tunnel in the basement of the administration building is to be installed. A temporary site area is to be set up with an 800 sqm gravel construction road (D 20cm), 1 sanitary container, 1 office container, and a 60 sqm room container facility as temporary changing room replacement, then dismantled. Another 315m of construction fence are to be erected, maintained for up to 20 months, and dismantled. A 600 sqm construction road for construction traffic made of gravel 0/56 is to be set up, 75 sqm of root protection with 40 t plates is to be set up, maintained, and dismantled. 24 sqm of paving is to be removed and stored. Search trenches and boreholes for media lines are to be created. 1 sanitary container is to be set up, maintained, and dismantled. 5 media crossings made of steel pipes (L 5m, D 200mm) are to be installed. The construction water connection includes 1 standpipe for an underground hydrant, the installation of 100m provisional drinking water line DN 40 (partially with heating and insulation) and 10m drinking water line DN 20, 2 water meters for outlet valves, and the installation and removal of 2 supply connections for construction water.
