Site setup and logistics: Preparation and establishment of the construction site, establishment and maintenance of the delivery area, coordination and adaptation of the site setup according to the construction schedule. This includes the creation and maintenance of driving and storage areas, the laying of load distribution plates, the erection and relocation of concrete barriers and construction fences, and the provision and maintenance of sanitary, office, meeting, and day-accommodation containers. Furthermore, the scope of services includes ensuring and organizing material delivery within the designated delivery areas, as well as organizing delivery and transport routes according to site setup plans and project partner specifications, with adaptation to the construction phases. Another component is the organization and execution of waste and disposal logistics, including the provision and maintenance of waste collection and disposal facilities, as well as the collection, sorting, provision, pickup, and disposal of construction site waste according to applicable legal and official regulations, adapted to the construction schedule and phases. The site setup is to be converted, expanded, or dismantled in several phases, including the construction and adaptation of a ramp and a platform, and needs-based adjustment of container and logistics areas. Services are expected to begin two calendar weeks after contract award and will continue until the completion of the construction project. Execution will be in close coordination with other involved parties and considering specific local conditions and usage restrictions.
