Construction Power Distribution Network and Temporary Lighting: Manufacturing, Operation, Maintenance, Adaptation, Dismantling

Manufacturing, operation, maintenance, adaptation, and dismantling of a construction power distribution network (medium voltage 6 kV, low voltage 0.4 kV) and temporary path and area lighting at the HKW Klingenberg site for the supply of project work until 2030. Services include work and assembly planning, production of cable ducts/trenches and excavation pits including demand-oriented ground improvement and construction, delivery, laying, and installation of 6 kV and 0.4 kV cables and fiber optic cables, provision and connection of transformers and heavy-duty distributors, earthing and lightning protection measures, testing, and documentation. Also included are the cleaning and normative testing of existing transformers for recommissioning, demand-oriented procurement, provision, and connection of new transformer stations and 0.4 kV distributors including testing for commissioning, relocation of transformers and 0.4 kV distributors for network adaptation, and delivery, erection, and electrical connection of temporary lighting systems including earthing, overvoltage, and lightning protection measures, testing, and documentation. Activities are performed within defined interfaces from 6 kV feed lines to 0.4 kV heavy-duty distributors.
