Construction Supervision for Reconstruction and Conversion of Former Ministry of Justice Building in Pomorie

Construction supervision for the reconstruction and conversion of a former Ministry of Justice building into a multifunctional public building, including landscaping, in Pomorie (UPI VI-867, block 67). The project is classified as a fifth-category construction, first group (immovable cultural heritage of 'ensemble significance'). The supervision must comply with the ZUT (Spatial Planning Act), Ordinance No. 1 of 30 July 2003, Ordinance No. 3 of 31 July 2003, and all other relevant Bulgarian construction legislation.
